Terms & Conditions

Last updated: November 5, 2026

Who we are

StepInto Storytime (the “Service”) is provided by Step into, LLC (“we”, “us”). When you use the Service or buy a membership, you are contracting with Step into, LLC.

Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. Accounts are for grown-ups aged 18 or older, who are responsible for children reading with them. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The Service

StepInto Storytime is a living children’s book with narration, video, music, questions and discoveries. Book One Chapter 1 is free with no card required. Book One Chapters 2–12 and Book Two open with a monthly membership.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

Ownership and licence

Step into, LLC owns the Service and all its content and intellectual property, including software, manuscripts, characters, artwork, narration, music, video and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for private family reading within your plan.

Payments, billing and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Memberships renew monthly until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid month. See our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. When access ends, you may ask us to delete your account data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Step into, LLC is registered. We may update these Terms and will show the new date above. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
