How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your receipt email.

Cancelling

You can cancel your membership at any time from your profile. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the paid month.

Book One Chapter 1 is free with no card required, so there is nothing to refund for it. Paddle’s Refund Policy also applies.
